LeBron James Getting Emotional Ahead Of Bronny's NBA Future

Bronny James is among the prospects available in this week's NBA Draft, and while opinions on his NBA viability have been divided, he's got the full support of his father.
LeBron James is thrilled that his son his one step away from reaching his NBA dream, and as someone who went through the process, he took some time to reflect on what it all means.
"Not a feeling in the...world better better than being around raising my boys to MEN!" James said in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
"Pops over here getting emotional as hell just thinking about yall journey so far! Thank you both for allowing me to be your DAD and be apart of your compass through life's trials and tribulations!"
Bronny has worked out for only two teams in the pre-draft process - the Phoenix Suns and his father's Los Angeles Lakers.
LeBron was once adamant about playing with Bronny before he retires, but he's walked back that desire in recent interviews.
"If he does, he does. But if he doesn't, he doesn't," said Rich Paul, the agent for both members of the James family.
"There's no deal made that it's guaranteed that if the Lakers draft Bronny at 55, LeBron will re-sign. If that was the case, I would force them to take him at 17. We don't need leverage. The Lakers can draft Bronny and LeBron doesn't re-sign."
Bronny's pre-draft evaluation makes it unclear where the Lakers would be more likely to take him.
He was once believed to be a lottery pick in a relatively weak class, but an underwhelming season at USC has lowered his draft stock in some eyes.
We'll see what the Lakers decide to do on Wednesday and Thursday during the NBA Draft, but it's clear that LeBron is proud as Bronny prepares to become a professional.
