ESPN's computer model has released its final Top 25 rankings following conference championship weekend.

Conference championship weekend is in the books and the 2024-25 College Football Playoff field is about to be announced. Over the weekend, we had Georgia taking down Texas in the SEC Championship Game, Oregon holding off Penn State in the Big Ten Championship Game, Clemson upsetting SMU in the ACC Championship Game, Arizona State dominating Iowa State in the Big 12 Championship Game and more.

ESPN's computer model, the Football Power Index, has since released its new Top 25 rankings.
