Meet The Daughter Of Colin Cowherd (1:02)

The fourth and final game of the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs will be a big-time AFC showdown between the No. 2 Buffalo Bills and the No. 3 Baltimore Ravens.

Buffalo are led by quarterback Josh Allen, who put on the Superman cape plenty of times this season to lead the Bills to 13 wins while scoring the second-most points and allowing the 11th fewest in the league.

The Ravens were once again superb as quarterback Lamar Jackson continued to improve as a passer, enjoying a career-year as a thrower while going 12-5 as a starter and earning First-Team All-Pro honors.

But while both quarterbacks are under massive pressure to have great games against each other this Sunday night, Fox Sports' Colin Cowherd has a particular warning for Lamar Jackson: Don't have a clunker.

On Friday's edition of The Herd, Cowherd said that if Jackson has a bad game against the Bills this weekend, his bad playoff performances will start to define his entire NFL career the way it used to for Peyton Manning (pre-2006) or continues to define NBA star James Harden.

"If he delivers a clunker, it's going to start to define him. How he plays matters," Cowherd explained.

Cowherd may not be aware that many NFL fans already define Jackson by his postseason struggles. You'll hardly ever find a post on social media speaking positively about him without pointing out that Jackson was 2-4 in the playoffs prior to last week's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

However, Cowherd was kind enough to note that despite a lot of bad games in his first five or so playoff games, he's played much better in his last three postseason games dating back to the 2023 season.

After a 1-3 start in the playoffs between 2018 and 2020, Jackson is currently 2-1 with a 65-percent completion rate, five touchdowns and only one interception in his last three playoff games.

But those numbers did not come against Josh Allen or the Buffalo Bills, who have routinely made quick work of even the most talented quarterbacks.

Only one of those two can reach the AFC Championship Game against either the Kansas City Chiefs or the Houston Texans.
