Samoa Joe Returns To Help HOOK On AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage

Samoa Joe made his return to All Elite Wrestling on the January 15th episode of AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage by helping HOOK fight off the combined powers of The Patriarchy.

HOOK had just defeated Christian Cage by disqualification due to interference from Kip Sabian and Nick Wayne, who jumped in and started attacking HOOK when he was ready to secure the victory.

As they were prepping a con-chair-to, Joe ran in to join Katsuyori Shibata (who was ringside for the match to support HOOK) in aiding HOOK, sending them packing.

Joe has been MIA from AEW since July 2024, when he was written off television after his Stampede Street Fight with Chris Jericho, who put him on a forklift and drove him through a wall.
