WWE NXT Audience Hits Three Month High With CM Punk Appearance, AEW Dynamite Down

-- Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 687,000 viewers and a 0.22 rating in the 18-49 demo. The audience is down from last week's 716,000 but the rating is up 0.01. The show finished second on the nightly cable charts without any major sports competition.

-- Tuesday's WWE NXT, bolstered by the appearance of CM Punk, surged to 677,000 viewers - the most watched NXT show in about three months. NXT finished first on the nightly cable charts with a 0.21 rating, the highest figure in the key 18-49 demo since early July. There was minimal sports competition with a lowly watched MLB game on TBS that barely drew half of NXT's audience and a third the rating.
