Tuesday Night Ratings: NXT Posts Second Straight Impressive Week On CW, AEW Dynamite Sinks To All-Time LowJeff WhalenOct 10, 2024 - 3:07 am

-- AEW Dynamite, dubbed Title Tuesday, drew a record low audience of 329,000 and a record low rating of 0.10 in the the 18-49 demo as well. Both figures are down about 50% from the prior week. Dynamite did air in an unfamiliar time slot, moving from Wednesday 8 PM ET to Tuesday and starting an hour later. The show also went up against a MLB playoff game, the opening night of the NHL season as well as one hour of WWE's NXT show. Last year's Title Tuesday which opposed NXT for the full two hours, drew 609,000 viewer so this is a huge drop.

-- WWE NXT's audience meanwhile produced a second straight week of solid numbers, drawing an average of 874,000 and a 0.24 rating in 18-49. That is down from last week's 895,000 but is still the second best NXT viewership since October of 2023. The show competed against MLB, NHL and of course, AEW's Dynamite in its second hour. Compared to last year's show, which went up against AEW Dynamite and was bolstered by appearances from John Cena, Cody Rhodes and The Undertaker, NXT's audience was down only about 5%.
