Brave CF is seeking a flyweight willing to face undefeated Muhammad Mokaev on just days' notice after Luthando Biko was forced off Friday's card due to health issues, MMA Fighting has learned.

Brave CF 91 takes place Dec. 13 at Khalifa Sports City Arena in Isa Town, Bahrain, and is headlined by a bantamweight title clash between champion Nkosi Ndebele and Nicholas Hwende.

Mokaev (13-0, 1 NC) is expected to make his return to the Bahrain-based promotion after an intense seven-fight journey in the UFC, a run that was cut short following outside-the-cage shenanigans with his opponent Manel Kape.

The 24-year-old flyweight phenom was unbeaten as an amateur, going 23-0 before turning pro in 2020. Mokaev, who went 4-0 with one no-contest in his previous stint under the Brave CF banner, joined the UFC in 2022 and beat the likes of Tim Elliott, Alex Perez and Kape. He is currently ranked No. 9 at 125 pounds in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings.
