Some people criticize Jake Paul but this is outstanding work for another fighter he has put in right here.
Amanda Serrano didn’t come from a big amateur background and Olympic success, yet under Jake Paul’s mentorship as a promoter with his MVP Promotions, Paul confirmed the following on X:
“When Amanda Serrano enters the ring on July 11th, she will become the highest paid woman in sports history for a single event. ALL SPORTS. Ronda Rousey had the record previously.”
That’s not to mention the shed load of money Paul has created for other boxers on events such as Katie Taylor and many other boxers, male and female.
To go past Ronda Rousey in earnings for a single event is a massive success for Serrano and women’s boxing, Rousey the former UFC champion, was and still is a huge name.
The above puts into perspective some of what Paul has achieved as a promoter already, away from his own boxing career, where he once again as a promoter has managed to get the biggest streaming company in the world, Netflix, back into boxing again this summer.
That is a fact of life.
