Would you look at that? It's another must-win game.

The time for dense analysis has come and gone. The time for vibes has arrived.

With the team clawing their way to the finish line, a 12-inning dogfight leading (almost) directly into a doubleheader is the latest mile marker of the team's two-month trial. Everyone's rocked, pooped, and cooked — maybe just another Sunday afternoon for you, sure, but for the Twins, it's one last bullpen provocation during an already crucial stretch.

What happened in the first game of this pivotal doubleheader? It's not for me to say, because I'm not home and I don't know what happened. I wrote this yesterday and it was about Pablo Lopez, who has already pitched by the time you're reading this. Then I rewrote the preview for the second game this morning, before the first game ever happened. Like some townball Tiresias, this is my cross to bear.

I leave you with this from Friday night, because it's hilarious.

GO TWINS GO!!!
