Vikings Cheerleaders Turning Heads Before Sunday Night Football Game

The final game of Week 18 is about to begin. The Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings are moments away from a potentially epic matchup.
Both teams enter tonight's game 14-2 on the season. The winner will not only take home the NFC North, but will also be the No. 1 seed in the conference, earning a first-round bye and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. The Lions have never accomplished this feat in the Super Bowl era, while the Vikings haven't been the NFC's top seed since the 1998 season.
In order to get their fanbase pumped up, the Minnesota Vikings cheerleaders shared a team action shot on Instagram earlier today.
"Waiting all day… 😈#SKOL#MINvsDET," the caption for the post reads.
Vikings fans are fired up in the comments section.
"Sunday Night! SKOL! 👏" one Vikings fan wrote.
"SKOL! Let's gooooo Vikings! Amazing photo!" another added.
"Happy Sunday Night football and Skol Vikings 🏈🏈," a third person said.
"greatness," a fourth fan chimed in.
"My favorite cheerleaders," a fifth said.
While the winner of tonight's game will be the top seed in the NFC, the loser falls all the way to No. 5 and has to go on the road to play the dangerous Los Angeles Rams in the Wild Card round next week. Yeah, there's a lot at stake.
"I'll say this: it's fun," Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold said about the rematch against Detroit, which beat Minnesota earlier this season. "That's really all it is. Just having a ton of fun playing football right now. Again, whatever happened last week and the week before that, it doesn't matter right now. All that matters is this game and this opportunity, and that's all I'm thinking about."
Vikings-Lions is about to kick off on NBC. It should be a barnburner to close out the 2024 campaign.
