Video Shows Emotional Moment Angel Reese Learned She Made All-Star Team

On Tuesday night Angel Reese put another feather in the cap of her basketball career.
Following Chicago's 85-77 win over the Atlanta Dream, Reese was in tears - but for good reason. The rookie out of LSU learned she was voted to the All-Star team this year.
Upon learning that she made the All-Star team as a rookie, Reese couldn't help but be overcome with emotion. She spoke to reporters with tears running down her cheeks.

Reese will team with rival Caitlin Clark, who also earned a trip to the All-Star game this year.Â

Reese and Clark will team up with the All-Stars in a showdown against the USA women's basketball team heading to Paris later this summer. The WNBA announced a bout between the two sides on July 20.
