Tom Brady Had A Wild Go-To Move When He Didn't Like Coach's Playcall

Tom Brady was widely considered a perfectionist throughout his Hall of Fame career. Of course, he was also known for being extremely outspoken on the field.
Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion, had no problem letting referees know if he disagreed with a call. The legendary signal-caller also had no issue telling his coaches if he hated one of their play calls.
In fact, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield recently shared a story about Brady discarding play calls that he disagreed with.
Mayfield was told that Brady would purposely throw the ball away if a call he strongly disliked was called during a game.
"You hear some of the stories about if he didn't like a certain play call and he didn't like it throughout the week and they still call it in the game, there might have been a throwaway on purpose or throwing it at the running back or receiver's feet," Mayfield said, via JoeBucsFan.com. "There's a lot of mind games going on."
If we're being honest, this sounds like something Brady would do. He's such a savvy player that he has a good feel for which play calls will or won't work. The last thing he wants is for a coach to overrule him.
Brady has not confirmed nor denied this story. Maybe he'll address it during FOX's broadcast for Week 3.
FOX will send its No. 1 broadcast team to AT&T Stadium to cover what should be a fun showdown between the Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys.
