Vols fans are trolling Buckeyes fans after the Buckeyes lost to the Wolverines for the fourth year in a row in late November.
The Buckeyes came into that game as big favorites but lost in a low-scoring 13-10 affair. It led to a brawl after the game since Wolverines players were trying to plant the Michigan flag at the 50-yard line but Buckeyes players weren't having it.
This is a big game for the Buckeyes since head coach Ryan Day's future could be on the line. He has lost four in a row to his biggest rival after bringing everyone back for this season. A first-round exit would turn the heat up even more on Day's seat.
They qualified for the CFP after finishing the regular season with a 10-2 record. Outside of losing to the Wolverines, their other loss came against the Oregon Ducks in Eugene, 36-35.
The Vols got in with an identical 10-2 record and only lost to the Georgia Bulldogs, who won the SEC Championship, and the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Whoever wins this game will move on to play the Oregon Ducks in the Rose Bowl on January 1. Two other matchups in the quarterfinals have already been confirmed, including the Georgia Bulldogs playing the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the Sugar Bowl.
The Fiesta Bowl will feature the Boise State Broncos taking on the Penn State Nittany Lions.
Kickoff for Saturday's Buckeyes-Vols game will be at 8 p.m. ET on ABC/ESPN.
