Meet The Wife Of Pat McAfee (1:05)

Just a few weeks ago, ESPN's Pat McAfee made it pretty obvious that he wasn't itching to host a show at the 2025 NFL Draft.

A report from Front Office Sports said McAfee wouldn't attend the NFL Draft in Green Bay due to "insufficient respect." He wasn't thrilled with the way he middle managers treated him at the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

"Hoops were made for us to jump through for no reason because I think I'm younger than these people," McAfee said. "So they think they can, you know. I don't think they get it. Draft was (going) to be the same thing. Where they were going to put us, allegedly. How it was going to go, what we're going to have to do. Flexing power while also showing disdain for me and my show and my guys all at the same time. While we have a relationship with the actual league, I think. With that being said, I don't want to play their games."

Those remarks from McAfee led many to believe that he'd end his streak of hosting the Draft Spectacular

On Monday, however, McAfee softened his stance on the upcoming draft.

McAfee announced on his self-titled show that he's "thinking about" hosting the Draft Spectacular in Green Bay.

"It's going to be an electric factory over there [in Green Bay]. That place is amazing. I can't wait to see," McAfee said. "It's awesome what the NFL has done with the draft. So maybe we, you know, go shake their hands and make it happen."

McAfee has not yet confirmed his status for the 2025 NFL Draft, but he's clearly willing to make amends with the league's middle managers.

For now, the ball is in the NFL's court.
