With the presidential election set for November 5, Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner has offered his take on what an ideal president would do while in office.

Warner, a Super Bowl champion and two-time MVP, didn't reveal who he'll endorse for the upcoming election. Besides, he doesn't have to tell the world who he'll be voting for Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Instead, he let Americans know that he wants a leader who'll be open to listening to others' opinions and experiences.

Additionally, Warner said he wants a leader who'll represent all Americans with "genuine respect." The bottom line is he wants a president who'll make this country better every single day.

"I believe I would be a good president, but I know I'm not nearly smart enough," Warner wrote. "But I am smart enough to know a president should not be resigned to a party box, they should develop their OWN convictions on each individual issue (and it's ok to believe in aspects of both sides)… they should hold strong to those convictions while also being open to listening and learning from those who have different experiences & stand on the other side…

"They should fight for EVERY American, even knowing they won't win every battle for everyone… they should represent all of us with a genuine respect & goodness reflective of the majority… they should error with grace, bc they will error in the eyes of many bc it's impossible to make everyone happy & win every fight… but they should wake up every day knowing they are in that position bc they genuinely want to make our country better than they found it!"

We're not sure if this is supposed to be a dig at one of the candidates for this year's election. It sounds like Warner just wanted to get that rant off his chest.

Hopefully, our next president does exactly what Warner said.
