While most people were opening Christmas presents, watching Christmas movies or eating Christmas dinner with family, LPGA Tour star Charley Hull was putting in time at the gym and the results speak for themselves.
Taking to Instagram yesterday, Hull revealed that she spent part of her Christmas in the gym working on her "12 days of Christmas workout."
"Xmas gym session smashed give it a go," she wrote, posting a now-viral selfie of herself posing in front of the mirror.

Hull's 12-part workout session consists of numerous dumbbell and barbell exercises, kettlebell swings and press-ups among others. Though in order to make it more like the traditional "12 Days of Christmas" song, she has you do the exercises in a 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1 etcetera order.
Fans on social media certainly loved it - both the exercise plan and Hull's workout outfit.
"I could finish the two things not on the list - a lung dart and a cold beer. Other than that, I'll just sit and watch," one user mused.
"Better question….Can Charley Hull finish her workout without smoking a cigarette ?" another joked.
Hull followed up her Christmas Day routine with a Thursday workout that was even more intense.
In a recent Instagram Story, Hull did seven separate one-kilometer runs in-between a one-kilometer ski, 50 box jumps, 50 kettlebell swings, 40 burpee-to-plate, farmers carry, 100 lunges and 100 wall balls.
Let it never be said that Hull isn't willing to put in the extra mile to get a good workout in.
Hull is a two-time LPGA Tour event winner with her most recent win coming at the Volunteers of America Classic in October 2022. She's had nine top-10 finishes in the LPGA Majors, with her most recent big finish being a second-place finish at the 2023 Women's British Open.
2024 saw Hull end a streak of eight years with at least one top-15 finish at a major. She was cut from The Evian Championship and finished between 16th and 23rd at the Chevron Championship, U.S. Women's Open, Women's PGA Championship and Women's British Open.
Here's hoping to an even better 2025.
