JJ Redick Had 3-Word Response To Charles Barkley's Criticism

Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick and NBA analyst Charles Barkley are engaged in a small feud.
Barkley went after Redick during Thursday's edition of "Inside the NBA" and questioned his job security even though he's only in his first season as head coach.
"He said something about we're the reason people ain't watching this crappy product we got, yeah us, like we're out there jacking up 100 threes a night. JJ you come for the king, you better not miss," Barkley said. "Because I can get you, brother. Remember, I got your Lakers games. You can't hide them flaws they got. You're just a dead man walking."
"They got rid of Frank Vogel, who did a good job. They got rid of Darvin Ham, who did a good job. But you came out there thinking you were gonna change things with that same ugly girl you went on a date with."
Redick saw those comments but didn't think much of them.
"Literally don't care," Redick said.
It's the right mentality to have since Redick is focused on what he can control with his team.
The Lakers are currently 20-14, good for the fourth seed in the Western Conference. They're two games behind the Houston Rockets for third in the conference and two and a half games behind the Memphis Grizzlies for second.
It doesn't look like anyone is going to catch the Oklahoma City Thunder, who have won 29 of their first 34 games and look like one of the top favorites to win it all this year.
Still, Redick has the Lakers in a good spot and if they keep this up, they'll make the playoffs with a nice cushion over some of the other teams in the conference.
The Lakers are coming off a 119-102 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday. LeBron James led the team in scoring with 30 points while Austin Reaves and Anthony Davis were right behind him with 20 and 18 points respectively.
Next up for the Lakers is a Sunday showdown with the Rockets. Tip-off will be at 7 p.m. ET.
