Meet Paige Spiranac's Rival (1:10)

Is Paige Spiranac's latest golf course outfit appropriate for the sport? Many are debating on social media.

Spiranac, the 31-year-old former professional golfer turned sports media personality, is trending on X and Instagram for the racy outfit she wore to the golf course. Spiranac, who played collegiately at Arizona and San Diego State, is no stranger to sizzling outfits on the golf course. She's built up a multi-million fan following on social media thanks to them. But her latest outfit has sparked a bit of controversy.

Sports Illustrated accused Spiranac of rocking a controversial outfit on the golf course on Monday. SI called Spiranac's golf course outfit "completely inappropriate."

In the post, Spiranac linked to a video where she was giving of tips on the best hybrids of 2024 while at the driving range. The look would distract even the most seasoned golfers.

While Spiranac's latest fit definitely isn't golf appropriate, she certainly rocked another look in a year full of them.

It looked like Paige was on the driving range and not the golf course. People are typically allowed to dress more casually on the driving range compared to when they're playing an actual round.

Still, Spiranac's gym attire outfit drew a lot of attention.

Golf fans have taken to social media to debate if Spiranac's outfit was course appropriate.

"Beautiful as always," one fan wrote.

"Wow, you keep reminding me why I love golf," one fan added.

"Oh my god," one fan added.

"Stopppp itttt," one fan added.

"Cracks me up that you know exactly what you are doing and you do not apologize for it," one fan added.

Spiranac has previously sounded off on those criticizing her for posting what she wants on social media.

"In 2015 I went viral and that catapulted my social media journey. At that time there was no such thing as golf content creators on social media. Over these past 9 years it's been amazing to share my love for this incredible game with so many people. I'm proud of the path I paved for myself in golf and how far this industry has grown with so many talented creators who share a common goal," she wrote on X.

Keep doing you, Paige.
