ESPN is pulling out all the stops to make this season's final episode of "College GameDay" a memorable one. Unfortunately, the network missed the mark with its decision to have a pregame concert.

During the first hour of "College GameDay," Rece Davis and the rest of the crew handed the spotlight over to country music singer Kane Brown. He performed his hit single "Miles on It" in front of fans in Atlanta. Judging by the lack of crowd noise, the environment for this brief concert wasn't very animated.

As for those watching this concert from home, they made it pretty obvious that Brown isn't their favorite artist.

"The national championship is in two hours the last thing I want is Kane Brown," one fan said. "Talk about the game."

"Get Kane brown off my TV wtf is this," a second viewer tweeted.

Another fan wrote, "This Kane Brown performance is uh, lackluster, to put it nicely."

"Do people enjoy Kane Brown? I mean I assume they do since he keeps showing up on television," a fourth person said.

Ouch.

Brown, a fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, is no stranger to "College GameDay." He was a guest picker just two seasons ago. At that time, fans had no problem with him being on the show.

The good news for those watching "College GameDay" is that all the pregame festivities are over. You can now listen to Desmond Howard, Kirk Herbstreit and the rest of the panel strictly talk about Ohio State and Notre Dame.

This year's national title game will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET.
