College Football Fans Convinced ACC 'Rigged' Last Night's Game For Miami

Virginia Tech thought it upset Miami with a last-second Hail Mary attempt on Friday night. In fact, most people who watched the game thought that was the case.
Officials initially ruled that Virginia Tech's Da'Quan Felton caught the ball in the back of the end zone. That would've given Virginia Tech the win. After further review, however, the call was overturned. As a result, Miami survived with a 38-34 victory.
Virginia Tech coach Brent Pry was understandably upset with the way the game ended on Friday night.
"The way the game ended, I hope they got that call right," Pry told reporters. "To take that, to overturn it and take it from our kids, our coaches, our fans, I hope they got it right."
Miami head coach Mario Cristobal, on the other hand, was more than pleased with the final call. He said, "I saw an incomplete pass. That's all I can say."

It didn't take long for fans to complain about the officiating crew's decision. Some are even suspecting foul play in the ACC.
"ACC commissioner in the replay center pointing out that Miami is 4-0 and Virginia Tech has two losses already," one fan tweeted.
"Miami's win over Virginia Tech is one of the most fraudulent wins I have ever witnessed. Big CFB media couldn't let the Canes' hype die. They want the U back," another fan wrote.
"I watched the most rigged football game I have ever witnessed in my life last night. Virginia Tech didn't deserve that and Miami ain't who they claim to be," a third fan said.
The ACC has already tried to quiet down the noise by releasing this statement: "During the review process of the last play of the Virginia Tech at Miami game, it was determined that the loose ball was touched by a Miami player while he was out of bounds which makes it an incomplete pass and immediately ends the play."
With the win on Friday night, the Hurricanes improved to 5-0 on the season. The Hokies, meanwhile, dropped to 2-3.
Make no mistake about it, this controversial finish will be a hot topic in the college football world for the next few days.
