'Bombshell' Tennessee Cheerleader Going Viral At The SEC Tournament

Tennessee men's basketball is currently battling Florida in the SEC Tournament championship game.
The Vols, a projected No. 2 seed in this year's NCAA Tournament, knocked off Auburn, the No. 1 seed in the SEC tourney, in the semifinals on Saturday. A win this afternoon would secure the sixth SEC Tournament title in Tennessee history and the second under Rick Barnes, who also won the event in 2022.
While Tennessee is competing on the court in Nashville, cheerleader Teagan Fowler and her teammates are rooting on the orange and white courtside. Fowler, a senior cheerleader, is a Knoxville native, so Tennessee athletics have been part of her life for a long time.
After the Vols were eliminated from the College Football Playoff by Ohio State on Dec. 21, Fowler shared a heartfelt sendoff post on Instagram.
"I've loved every second with these amazing people and couldn't be more grateful to end this chapter with my Senior girls by my side!" Fowler captioned the post.
Football season may have been over at that point, but Fowler's cheerleading was just getting started this winter.
She's been bringing the spirit at UT men's and women's basketball games, as well as in competition with her teammates.
The brunette business major also has a tendency to go viral on social media.
Fowler is also a Tri Delta sorority member who has helped raise money for various philanthropic causes over the years.
"Throughout my life, I have held discipline, leadership, and teamwork in high esteem," Fowler's LinkedIn says. "As an ACT mentor and tumbling instructor, I had the opportunity to exhibit these valuable skills in my work.
"Currently, as a cheerleader at the University of Tennessee, I continue to exemplify these traits through effective time management while juggling demanding practice schedules and academic commitments. Collaborating with my fellow cheerleaders has also played an important role in fostering teamwork and cooperation, which are essential qualities for success in any setting."
We're sure you'll be seeing more of Fowler when the men's and women's NCAA Tournaments get underway next weekend.
