The Columbus Blue Jackets look to break their losing streak as they visit the Seattle Kraken. It is time to continue our NHL odds series with a Blue Jackets-Kraken prediction and pick.

The Blue Jackets come into the game sitting at 5-7-2 on the year but have lost five straight games. Last time out, they faced the Anaheim Ducks. It would be tied at one after the first period, but the Ducks would take off from there. They would take the 3-1 lead in the third period, winning the game 4-2. Meanwhile, the Kraken are 6-8-1 on the year and have lost four of their last five games. Last time out, they faced the Golden Knights. The Golden Knights would take the 2-0 lead in the first period, but by the early third period, the Kraken had a 3-2 lead. With just 1:22 left in the game, the Golden Knights tied the game up. Why the Blue Jackets Could Cover the Spread/Win

The Blue Jackets are scoring well this year. They are scoring 3.89 goals per game this year. Kirill Marchenko has led the way. He comes in with six goals and nine assists on the year, with four assists on the power play. Marchenko is joined on the top line by Sean Monahan and Adam Fantilli.
