Angel Reese Has 1-Word Reaction To Vogue Magazine Cover

Chicago Sky superstar Angel Reese is once again back in front of our eyes despite some recent controversy about her on social media.
On Wednesday, Reese was revealed as the cover model of Vogue magazine. "The Bayou Barbie" is sporting a crimson red dress with part of her right leg exposed with her straight black hair blowing to the side.
Reese clearly loved how it came out because the first thing she did this morning was take to X with one simple word:
"COVERGIRL," she wrote, tagging Vogue.

The cover story highlights the crossover between sports and fashion, with Reese explaining how she's always wanted to mix her passions for both basketball and fashion. She explained that she was a "fashion girlie" from a young age and would even practice runway walking while watching episodes of Project Runway.
"It's always been both: basketball and fashion," Reese says. "But I was a fashion girlie from young too. Like—let me find this picture my mom sent... I was always in my mom's closet, putting on her stuff. I liked to carry a purse. Hair done. I wanted to look put together. I still do."
"I used to watch America's Next Top Model with Tyra and practice my walk in the living room."
Reese has certainly made it clear that she wants to be a "two sport star" by being both a basketball star and a supermodel.
Thus far, she's shown that she can be both.
In college during the 2022-23 season she led LSU to a national championship. The following year, she led the Tigers to the Elite Eight en route to being the No. 7 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft.
As a rookie in the WNBA, Reese ranked among the league's best rebounders, setting numerous records in the category and earning an All-Star nod that season. She finished the year as the league's rebounding leader and was voted to the WNBA All-Rookie team. Reese was the only player other than Caitlin Clark to receive any votes for Rookie of the Year.
Suffice it to say, Reese has a pretty bright future ahead of her.
