Welcome to another eWrestlingNews Question of the Day!

Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate it in any fashion, and happy most likely at least a day off work or so, or just a generic happy December 25th for anyone else! Part two of the Naughty or Nice List of 2024 (check out the AEW list here) keeps the same premise, but moves it over to World Wrestling Entertainment.

My question for you today is “Who were your top babyfaces and heels in WWE for 2024?”

Remember to answer with your response in the comments below.

As far as my answer…

Honorable mentions for best heel could go to a good number of people like Chelsea Green, Gunther & Ludwig Kaiser (underrated), Jacy Jayne (also overlooked), and of course, Roman Reigns and “Final Boss” The Rock.

My runner up would be Drew McIntyre, just barely missing out on the top spot because at the end of the day, most of what he’s said has been something that people can actually get behind and back. He’s not wrong in most of his promos; he just goes about it in a heelish way and goes destructive instead of productive. But that also makes a great heel in a lot of ways, too.

But I’m going to say that this is a tie, in a sense, because you can’t have Liv Morgan’s success as a heel without Dirty Dominik Mysterio by her side. Ultimately, Raquel Rodriguez and the rest of The Judgment Day just aren’t as big of a factor, and if you removed them from the equation, nothing much changes. But if you don’t have the pairing of Liv and Dom as a unit, then what does the women’s division on Raw look like for this entire year?

Best babyface honorable mentions include Bianca Belair, CM Punk, Damian Priest (overlooked and underrated; he had a great year), Je’Von Evans, Joe Hendry (if that counts), Kelani Jordan, LA Knight (yeah), Randy Orton and I’d also give a shout out to someone nobody will talk about, but I’ve liked a lot of what Tatum Paxley has done this year.

Bronze medal goes to Rhea Ripley. She’d be even higher up on this list if we were just talking about breaking out into a more mainstream role of attracting some new viewers to the product, because Mami is UBER popular in a lot of ways. She’s fantastic. Ripley and Belair are the two best women’s talents to come out of the post-Evolution phase, by far, and they would honestly be my first 2 draft picks if I were to do an all-time women’s roster, even before people like Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, etc.

Silver medal goes to Seth Rollins, for not only holding down the fort at the start of the year as world heavyweight champion, but sacrificing his body in a lot of ways for the ultimate victory to come off at WrestleMania XL.

But the obvious choice for the gold medal is Cody Rhodes, for reasons that I don’t even need to express if you’ve watched WWE programming over the past 12+ months. Duh.

What do you think? Drop your thoughts below!
