Will Ospreay vs Kyle Fletcher, MJF vs Roderick Strong Added To AEW Full Gear Card, Updated Lineup

Two more matches have been added to the lineup for AEW Full Gear coming up November 23, 2024 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey as of the November 13th edition of AEW Dynamite.
Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher met in the ring for a promo segment that saw both air their grievances after Fletcher’s betrayal and attack on Ospreay that cost him the AEW International Championship. Ospreay called attention to how Fletcher says he’s not going to be a clone of Ospreay, yet keeps saying he did exactly what Ospreay would have done in his shoes. All of this tension will culminate in a singles bout after Ospreay seeks to get some revenge on his former protege for turning his back on him.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman will also officially be in action after previously setting up a stipulation where he would fight Adam Cole and/or Roderick Strong, depending on who could get to three wins. On tonight’s episode, Strong defeated Lance Archer in a Falls Count Anywhere match following a jumping knee over a barricade. Cole, however, came up short against Konosuke Takeshita, taking him out of the equation due to interference from MJF and the Dynamite Diamond Ring. Therefore, it will be MJF against Strong, with Cole not getting his opportunity to exact vengeance upon his former Brochacho quite yet.
