Tommy Dreamer Says WWE Should Bid Adieu To RAW On USA
Today at 07:06 PM
Before WWE RAW transitions to Netflix on January 6, Tommy Dreamer wants the company to honor its history on USA Network.
During a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, the ECW legend expressed his desire for WWE to bid a proper "goodbye"to RAW's time on USA Network.
Dreamer said, "I would also personally love to see a goodbye. And by a goodbye, I mean a goodbye to Monday Night Raw on USA. It's been such a staple for so many wrestling fans, so many nation members. It gave us so many moments and so many great moments that so many fans will remember."
He added, "Not only do wrestlers need closure, but so do wrestling fans."
Next week's episode of RAW will be the final broadcast on USA Network, which has hosted the show for nearly all of its existence except for five years.
WWE RAW premiered on USA in 1993, transitioned to TNN/Spike TV in 2000, and returned to USA Network in 2005, where it has remained since.
