According to the report, Jon Moxley was the primary driver behind this idea, though AEW President Tony Khan was reportedly “agreeable” to it.

Khan is managing the angle, similar to his involvement with the entire AEW television product.

However, Moxley contributes the ideas and dialogue for the promos.
