- Satnam Singh defeated Colt Cabana by pinfall.
- Nyla Rose defeated Gia Scott by pinfall.
AEW Rampage Spoilers for September 20, 2024:
- Mark Briscoe defeated Bryan Keith by pinfall.
- Wheeler Yuta defeated The Butcher by submission.
- Hikaru Shida defeated Harley Cameron by pinfall. Jamie Hayter came out to save Shida after the match from a two-on-one attack by Cameron and Saraya. Hayter then challenged Saraya to a match at AEW Grand Slam.
- Roderick Strong & The Beast Mortos defeated Marcus Mathers & Joe Keys by pinfall.
