SANADA Pulled From Dontaku Tour, NJPW Suffers Massive Data Loss Of Fan Club Members

New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) has officially announced that SANADA will not be able to continue participating in the ongoing NJPW Dontaku Tour due to health reasons.

SANADA will return to Tokyo for medical evaluation and treatment.

As a result of SANADA’s withdrawal from the tour, NJPW has made some adjustments to the upcoming Dontaku cards, and you can check out the updated lineups below:

SANADA to miss Dontaku series, All Together

Thank you for supporting New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

After missing two events on the Road to Dontaku, it has been determined that SANADA be absent from the remainder of the Dontaku tour, as well as All Together as he returns to Tokyo for a medical appraisal.

We apologise to fans looking forward to seeing SANADA wrestle and appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, NJPW has apologized to its official fan club members for losing a USB drive containing some of their personal information.

The incident occurred during NJPW’s show at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo on April 22. The USB drive contained personal details such as the names, dates of birth, ages, genders, membership numbers, membership types, and membership expiration dates of approximately 32,775 individuals.

However, it is essential to note that the USB drive did not contain sensitive information like credit card details, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.

NJPW noted that it is taking full responsibility for the loss and is committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety and privacy of its fan club members in the future.
