Roman Reigns Comments On "Shady" Paul Heyman, Speculated Betrayal

Roman Reigns is keeping a close eye on the “shady” conduct of Paul Heyman amid speculation that a betrayal could be in the works.

Heyman returned during last week’s SmackDown though did so to introduce CM Punk who also returned to TV after over a month away.

Some fans took this as a sign Heyman will choose Punk over Reigns, while the red and black Paul wore has led to speculation he could align with Solo Sikoa.

On a recent edition of the “SI Media with Jimmy Traina” podcast, Reigns was asked about the behavior of Heyman since his return. He said,

"Paul's been incredibly shady if you ask me. I've seen the speculation, 'Well, you didn't answer his phone calls,' and this and that. But at the end of the day, when I take my leave, there's no question what I'm doing. I'm recessing back to family, changing the hats, putting on that fatherhood hat to refocus. That way I can come back and dominate and run the show, representing my family at the highest capacity.”

Reigns added that things aren’t so clear with Heyman. He said,

"The question is what happened with him. There's a lot of things that we just haven't had the time to dive into, and that's just the train wreck of a return that it's been for me."

Reigns will compete this weekend inside WarGames, where he’ll team with Punk, The Usos, and Sami Zayn to face Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline and Bronson Reed.
