WWE is reportedly considering alternatives for this year’s Hall of Fame following fans walking out during the April 2024 ceremony.

WrestleVotes reported on a Backstage Pass Q&A that WWE was not happy with how things happened last year, as attendees reportedly left after Paul Heyman’s induction.

I talked to a source that said they couldn’t really blame them because the headliner went first. It’s the start of a very long weekend for a lot of people so if you can get out of there at 10:30 you’re going to take that chance.

“However, WWE was not thrilled with that so I don’t think they want to do that again. So I know they’re trying to come up with different ways to present everything, I just don’t know what that is yet.”

Though Heyman was the most notable name inducted last year, the final spot on the show went to the induction of The Rock’s mother Ata Johnson.

WWE inducted its first Hall of Fame inductee, Andre the Giant, in 1993. Annual inductions have taken place since 2004.
