Nic Nemeth On Why He Won't Sign A Long-Term TNA Contract

Nic Nemeth is proud to represent TNA Wrestling as the promotion’s reigning World Champion but isn’t ready to commit to a lengthy contract.

Nemeth is in his first reign with the gold. He debuted in TNA last January and would become champion at Slammiversary in July.

While speaking to Adrian Hernandez, Nemeth explained why he’s not ready to be locked into a long-term contract once again. He said,

"I'm able to do whatever the hell I want. I mean, I didn't tell anybody that, but I believe in the company so much that I refuse to sign a long-term deal with anybody. I just got out of a long-term relationship with WWE, and I said, 'Hey, listen, I don't want to sign it.' I'm not going anywhere—I love being here.”

Nemeth predicted a huge five years for TNA Wrestling ahead and is proud to be a member of the roster, but reiterated that he will not sign a long-term contract.

The ‘Wanted Man’ will be in action at this weekend’s TNA Genesis pay-per-view event where he’ll put the World Championship on the line against Joe Hendry.
