Kevin Nash On Changing The Course Of Montreal Screwjob

On a recent edition of his “Kliq This” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash discussed the infamous Montreal Screwjob at WWF Survivor Series 1997.
Nash mentioned that if he had still been with WWE at the time, it wouldn’t have altered the outcome of the Montreal Screwjob.
Nash indicated that he and the late Scott Hall would have sided with Shawn Michaels.
He said, “No. Our allegiance would have been with Shawn. [But] we still received criticism from Bret’s wife. She essentially said, ‘F*** you. Even though you’re not there, we know you were.’ And she had every right to say that, because even though we weren’t physically present, we were there.”
The Montreal Screwjob is featured in the recently released Netflix docuseries, “Mr. McMahon,” currently available for streaming. It was also documented in the VICE TV docuseries, Dark Side of the Ring.
