WWE has signed Austrian judoka Aaron Fara to a developmental contract.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Fara, who competed in the 220 judo weight class at the 2024 Olympics, has inked a developmental deal with WWE.

Fara recently participated in a WWE tryout that included 17 Olympic athletes. This week, the signing of the 27-year-old Fara was reported in various Austrian media outlets.

Moreover, WWE has extended offers to Canadian Olympic judo competitor Shady Einahes and South African discus thrower Francois Prinaloo, but there's no word yet regarding whether those contracts have been signed.
