JBL Praises Chris Jericho's "Great Job" Reinventing Himself

WWE Hall of Famer JBL has praised the work of AEW’s Chris Jericho, who continues to reinvent his character three decades into his career.
On a recent edition of the “Something To Wrestle With” podcast, JBL shared his kudos to the reigning ROH World Champion. He said,
“He’s doing a great job, by the way. I love the way he reinvents himself every couple of months, six months. It’s just fantastic.”
Jericho has reinvented himself multiple times, including calling himself the Learning Tree and the King of New York in 2024 alone.
In recent years, fans have criticized Jericho’s work, with many arguing his feuds only benefit him and that his reinventions are only skin-deep.
Jericho is currently in his second reign as ROH World Champion after he dethroned Mark Briscoe during an October edition of Dynamite.
It has been reported that Jericho’s reign has been done in the hopes his name will attract TV broadcasters to give ROH a deal on the air.
