Booker T Evaluates The WWE NXT Roster, Who He'd Give The Ball

On a recent edition of his “Hall of Fame” podcast, Booker T evaluated many on the NXT roster and revealed who he feels should be the top star. He said,
“If I’m going to give the ball to anybody right now, it’s definitely Trick Williams. Seriously. And Ridge Holland… does Ridge Holland deserve a piece of the action? Of course he does. Is Ridge Holland doing some of his best work, right now, since he’s been in WWE? Of course he is. I really believe that.
“Can a guy like Wes Lee step up and be NXT Champ? I think so. A guy like Ethan Page? Of course, I feel that way also. But I really feel that the guy right now, the guy that’s got the rock is Trick Williams.”
Williams and Holland battled at WWE NXT Deadline over Trick’s NXT World Championship which Williams was able to retain last weekend.
Lee and Page were part of the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge match that was won by the returning Oba Femi, who replaced Eddy Thorpe.
Femi will challenge for the NXT World Title at New Year’s Evil next month, while Williams will defend his title against Thorpe next week.
