Fightful Select has shared some backstage notes from this week’s episodes of WWE RAW and NXT.

According to the report, WWE’s use of the “local medical facility” terminology on RAW is not a strict rule. WWE has employed this terminology for kayfabe broadcasts and website reports for many years.

WWE kept The Bloodline’s surprise appearance on NXT a closely guarded secret during the TV tapings. The group made a surprise appearance on last night’s show, attacking The Street Profits during their NXT Tag Team Titles match against Nathan Frazer and Axiom.

TNA wrestler Alex Hammerstone also made a surprise appearance on NXT last night. It was revealed that Hammerstone was the individual Tony D’Angelo paid off to take out NXT North American Champion Oba Femi.

Hammerstone was reportedly seen rehearsing openly before the TV tapings, indicating that WWE was not attempting to keep his debut a secret.
