Matt Riddle debuted for TNA at Turning Point 2024, and a new report shared more details about his appearance.

Riddle stepped in to fill Trey Miguel’s spot because of travel issues, and Fightful Select reports that TNA Wrestling learned on Friday afternoon that Miguel would not be able to make it.

The report mentions that Riddle found out shortly before the event that he was required and, as expected, participated in the show.

Sources within TNA indicated that, although the circumstances weren't perfect, they weren't concerned given that they were at Wrestlecade with around "a hundred or so potential replacements."

Those in TNA expressed satisfaction with the reception Riddle received but did not commit to utilizing him again.
