AEW & Tony Khan Looking To Have Ryan Nemeth Lawsuit Moved To Arbitration

AEW and Tony Khan have filed a petition to move Ryan Nemeth’s lawsuit against them to private arbitration, instead of being heard in public court.
Nemeth had filed a lawsuit on February 14th, accusing AEW, Khan, and CM Punk of assault, breach of contract, breach of good faith, and interference with prospective advantage.
AEW and Khan argue that the dispute should be settled through arbitration, citing clauses in the contracts Nemeth signed in 2021, 2022, and 2023, which require arbitration in Duval County, Florida. They assert that Nemeth violated these clauses by filing the lawsuit in Los Angeles and are asking the court to compel arbitration and require Nemeth to cover AEW’s attorney fees.
Megan Bayne and Thunder Rosa will be facing off on this weekend's episode of AEW Collision. Tony Khan announced the match on Twitter on Friday.
