WWE Notes: Joe Tessitore Praised, Creative Changes Backstage, Smackdown Guests

-- Many of the special guests who appeared on last week's WWE Friday Night Smackdown were only booked for their appearance just one to two days in advance.

-- PWInsider.com reports that there was a lot of praise internally for Joe Tessitore's work calling last night's WWE Monday Night Raw.

-- They also report that last night for Raw, there was a change backstage in how writers for various promo segments were listed internally. In the past, WWE has only listed producers or writers would not be listed next to segments unless there was an element of physicality involved. However, beginning this week, each non-wrestling segment had a creative team member listed next to it. When asked about this change, a WWE source simply stated that it was a "natural evolution" in the way the company handles their creative.
