There is a little over a week left for the grand premiere of WWE Raw on Netflix. Among the matches announced for the show, Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will be facing each other in Tribal Combat. Also, the Best in the World CM Punk will be wrestling Seth Rollins in the show’s main event. Recently, former WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn shared his thoughts on the matches announced for the Netflix premiere.

Sami Zayn was a special guest on the Battleground podcast. During the interview, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion mentioned that he heard rumblings that the match between Seth Rollins and CM Punk and the Tribal Combat between Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns was previously slated to take place at the grandest stage of them all, WrestleMania 41.

“Well, just to give you a little bit of insight, I suppose, to the heaviness of just the two matches that you listed… I will tell you that I heard rumblings about both of those matches being WrestleMania matches. So the fact that they’re on the Netflix premiere tells you what a big deal this is. WWE, say what you all about them, they go all out when it’s time to go all out, and they’re going all out for this Netflix thing. I don’t know how it’s going to change the game, but it’s definitely going to be a game-changer,” Sami Zayn said. [H/T Fightful.com]
