Ridge Holland Earns NXT Title Match, Chase University Disbands

Ridge Holland has earned a title shot, and Chase U has been forced to disband due to Andre Chase‘s loss on WWE NXT.
On the November 19 episode of WWE NXT, Holland defeated Andre Chase in the main event. In doing so, he earned a shot at the NXT Championship. Holland will challenge Trick Williams for the title at WWE Deadline.
Per the stipulation, Chase U was forced to disband due to the loss. As the show came to an end, Andre Chase was overcome with emotion.
Chase U’s run in NXT dates back to the early days of the NXT 2.0 era in September 2021. As a group, they won the NXT Tag Team Championship twice. Chase won the titles with Duke Hudson and Ridge Holland at different points.
Holland has gained a lot of momentum recently. He beat Chase in an Ambulance Match at NXT Halloween Havoc. Holland then pinned Williams in a tag team match at NXT’s 2300 Arena show on November 6.
