Report: Cody Rhodes Hits Fanatics' Top Five Overall In Sales

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes has reached a major milestone.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that, per sources close to Fanatics, Rhodes has hit their top five overall in sales for any athlete or personality. Earlier in 2024, Fightful Select reported that Rhodes had hit the top ten on that list. Sapp writes that no other wrestlers are currently in the top five.
During Fanatics Fest NYC, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin congratulated Rhodes on being WWE’s top merchandise seller.
Kevin Nash On Cody Rhodes
WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash recently commented on Cody Rhodes while speaking on his Kliq This podcast. He noted that Rhodes was a grinder.
“I think Paul’s [Triple H] affection and loyalty to Cody is because Cody's a grinder.” Kevin Nash said. “He's still that. If Cody was working as a Kid [Sean Waltman] on our card… Cody would work 312 days across from Sean. Those would have been unbelievable to watch.”
Rhodes is set to compete in a high-profile match at WWE Bad Blood. He and Roman Reigns are slated to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
