Latest On Speedball Mike Bailey's Status; Still Under TNA Contract Until End Of Year

-- It was reported earlier this month that Speedball Mike Bailey was not only done with TNA but was imminently headed to AEW. This week, there is an update on his situation.

-- Fightfulselect.com reports that the plan is still for Bailey to join All Elite Wrestling but it doesn't appear as if it will be happening immediately as his contract with TNA is technically still active and not expiring until the end of the year. Bailey has effectively wrapped up with TNA though at their last set of TV tapings in Detroit and was given permission by the company to begin negotiations with other promotions as of November. As a result, unless there is a change in circumstances, Bailey will not be competing in the AEW Continental Classic which is set to begin close to the end of November.
