Kevin Owens has taken to social media to address his attack on Randy Orton on the November 8 episode of WWE SmackDown.
After being absent from the November 15 episode of WWE SmackDown, Owens posted a video on social media addressing why. In it, he said that it’s been getting “harder and harder” to do his job, and that he’s not the one at fault in the matter. Owens said that he was turned away for doing what he did to Orton.
Regarding Orton, Kevin Owens said that he didn’t want to fight him at all. However, he noted that Randy demanded the match. All he did, Owens said, was show up and do his job. He said that he tried to warn Triple H about what was going to happen. Owens claimed that it isn’t fair he’s being punished for it.
Kevin Owens then said that he’d be at the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown. Owens said he’ll show up. He also made it clear that no matter what, he’s going to continue doing his job.
WWE later confirmed that Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes will have a face-to-face on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown.
