In the fold. With so many wrestlers throughout WWE’s history, there are only so many ways to make your mark. Some stars are far more successful than others and WWE will want to keep them around long after the peaks of their in-ring careers come to an end. WWE has some ways to do this sort of thing and now they have done it again with a star you might remember.

WWE Hall Of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley appeared in a virtual signing with Signed By Superstars and revealed that he has signed a WWE Legends deal. There is no word on when he signed such a deal or how long he has left on his agreement. Ray recently appeared at last week’s NXT from the 2300 Arena where he and Trick Williams lost to Ethan Page and Ridge Holland.

Opinion: This is hardly some kind of a surprise as Ray has seemingly been in the fold for the last few months at most. Having him around is a good thing to see and he was a nice addition to last week’s ECW show. Throw in his connection to Busted Open Radio and WWE would want to have him around in some way. Giving him a Legends deal is a great way to do that and WWE seems to understand what they have.
What do you think of Ray’s recent time in WWE? How could he be used by the company? Let us know in the comments below.
