Kairi Sane Confirms She Suffered Injury

Kairi Sane confirms that she is dealing with an injury.
Sane was set to compete in the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament. However, she was taken out when Pure Fusion Collective attacked her backstage on the December 16 episode of WWE RAW. On the December 23 episode of WWE RAW, Pearce noted that Sane was not cleared to compete, and he named IYO SKY as her replacement.
In a tweet on January 3, Kairi Sane confirmed that she suffered an injury in a post on Twitter. She wrote that she would “get an arm of iron.”
SKY last wrestled on the December 2 episode of WWE RAW, where she and SKY lost to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
As of this writing, there is no word on when IYO SKY will return to the ring. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
