John Cena Lashes Out At Fans For Making Him The Butt Of A 'Stupid Invisible Joke'

John Cena had enough of fans, and he let them know it on the March 17th episode of WWE RAW.
In his first official appearance since his shocking heel turn at WWE Elimination Chamber, Cena let it be known that the reason for his sudden change of heart was about the fans, and not himself. According to Cena, as the boos and jeers rained down on him, it was the fans who were to blame for his change of heart.
In a long tirade about how fans who both like and dislike him are nothing but pathetic, jealous people, Cena referenced the infamous “you can’t see me” jokes that have been a part of his career for nearly two decades.
“You steal my time, you have made me your friggin’ toy,” John Cena said during part of his promo. “I am object to you. You have made me the butt of a stupid, invisible joke for 15 years, and you still think it’s funny. It’s not funny, it is pathetic.”
John Cena’s tirade was eventually interrupted by Cody Rhodes, who came down to the ring and got into it with Cena. Although the pair didn’t do much, Rhodes was prompt with his response to Cena, calling him a “whiny bitch” and saying he hopes that a different Cena appears at WrestleMania 41.
