John Cena Guest Stars On Season Premiere Of 'The Simpsons' On 9/29

John Cena is set to follow in the footsteps of WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart as he will guest star this Sunday on the season premiere of The Simpsons.
The official account of The Simpsons took to social media this afternoon to announce Cena’s appearance on the show this Sunday, tweeting out:
“A big episode needs even bigger guest stars. Don’t miss @JohnCena and more on the season premiere of #TheSimpsons this Sunday on @FOXTV! Next day on @hulu,” The Simpsons said in a post.

This will be the third animated project where John Cena will appear as himself, following Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery and The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age Smackdown. It’s unknown what role Cena will play in this episode.
