CM Punk Pays Homage To Shawn Michaels With His Gear At WWE Bad Blood

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre put on an absolute classic of a match to kick off WWE Bad Blood, and Punk did it while paying tribute to another WWE icon.

In his match at WWE Bad Blood, Punk came out dressed in trunks that paid homage to Shawn Michaels. Specifically, some of the symbols on his trunks were references to the ones that Michaels wore during his 1997 Bad Blood match against The Undertaker, which was the very first Hell in a Cell Match in WWE history. Much like Michaels in 1997, Punk emerged victorious in a bloody Hell in a Cell match at the show.
